Workshop Overview:
This 90-minute “Yoga for Athletes” workshop is tailored for athletes and yoga practitioners of all levels who want to enhance their athletic performance, prevent injuries, and improve recovery through yoga. It’s designed for individuals seeking to enhance mobility in daily activities, focuses on increasing joint range of motion, flexibility, and functional movement patterns. Attendees will learn mobility-specific yoga postures, breathwork, and movement techniques to optimize joint health, reduce stiffness, and improve overall body awareness. Participants will explore yoga techniques that target flexibility, strength, balance, and mental focus, with an emphasis on areas commonly tight or overused with an active lifestyle.
