These insights form the foundation of the Eight Limb Path, a series of yoga philosophies that provide useful guidelines to ground, inspire and enlighten you. Learn the technical aspects of the classical yoga postures and the human anatomy and physiology required to teach them. Advance your physical practice and become confident instructing powerful breathing techniques. Deepen your understanding of the ways yoga creates strength and balance with a complete examination of the bandhas and how modern science is used to support and demystify yogic traditions. (50 Hours)

Deepen your understanding of the mind-body,connection through a comprehensive study of the chakra system. Awareness of the interplay between energetic and physical anatomy, will help you recognize unbalanced emotional and physical energies within and how to restore the balance. Explore the classical postures in gentle, restorative and accessible ways and learn to teach others how to find calm though chanting and meditation. (50 Hours)

If you can't commit to the full 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program or need Continuing Education Units (CEUs), you can attend individual modules for $750 each and earn 50 CEUs per module.

Our Yoga Alliance 5 star Yoga Teacher Training is a 200 hour program is intended for spirited individuals with a passion for yoga and a desire for living a balanced life. You'll travel the path of teaching yoga with experienced trainers to guide you and inspire you.
Training hours are offered in four modules, each one contains fundamental elements required for your certification and registration with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher 200.

Graduation from the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training requires the student to:
All 200 hours of yoga teacher training must be fulfilled in order to receive certification. This also includes fulfilling all assignments, reading material, classes, practice hours, and other course work that is assigned outside of our in-person or virtual hours together. Please make sure to look through the training program thoroughly to ensure that you can honor this commitment whole heartedly before applying/registering.
MISSED HOURS
You are authorized to miss up to 16 hours of training, and will be required to make up these hours. This equates to one full weekend of training. We will be marking down any missed hours to ensure you have fulfilled all of the program.
LATE ARRIVAL/ LEAVE EARLY
Each minute and hour is structured to maximize your learning experience. Every minute that a student arrives late, delays the start time, which therefore impacts the entire schedule for the day. Because of this it is requested that all students arrive 10 minutes before our scheduled start time, to ensure that we can begin when we have intended to.
You are permitted to be 15 minutes late or leave 15 minutes early no more than 4 times. Anything beyond those 60 minutes of late arrival/early departure will count as a missed hour that must be made up.

We understand that life can sometimes interfere with your plans, but we also want to ensure the best experience for all participants in our yoga teacher training program. Here's our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation by Participant:
- If you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the start date of the training, you will receive a full refund minus the $300 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 15 to 29 days of the training start date will receive a 50% refund minus the $300 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the training start date are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Zen Warrior:
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the training due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
3. Transfers:
- If you're unable to attend the training you registered for, you may transfer your registration to a future training within 12 months. An administrative fee of 10% will be applied. Credit will not be valid towards any other purchases or workshops.
4. No-shows:
- Participants who do not attend the training without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
5. Authorized Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
6. How to Cancel:
- To cancel your registration, please email info@zenwarrioryoga.com. Your cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

Yes! Our graduates are confident, prepared and excited to teach.
All trainings are accredited by Yoga Alliance. Upon program completion and hours have been fulfilled, at graduation you will be eligible to receive your official certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-Hour level, RYT-200.
*Registration with Yoga Alliance is optional. We will discuss the details (pros and cons) in the training.
Yes, in addition to your included manuals, each module has a required reading. These books do not have to be read prior to training. We reference the texts throughout the training and highly recommend you have them. Check out the Reading List.
This is a compete and comprehensive 200 hour teacher training program. Your total required time commitment to this training is 200 hours. You will graduate upon completion of all 200 hours.
Our 200-hour training is ideal for those who want to delve deeper into the study of yoga, and to enhance their own practice. Many people attend this training for self-discovery and to deepen their understanding of yoga. This program is a very rewarding journey and experience even if you don't teach. However, most people are inspired to share what they have learned in some capacity. It’s also great for students who simply want to have a transformational experience and to be a part of our thriving Zoia Community.
Yes, upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate that you can save, and use to register with Yoga Alliance if you choose to, and frame.
